About these terms

These terms apply when you use 7code.net, the website of 7Code, a tech-solutions company based in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt, providing custom software, ready-made systems, technical consulting and branding & marketing. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website itself. The work we do for clients is covered by the quote, proposal or agreement for each project.

Using the website

You are welcome to browse the site, contact us and use its tools for lawful purposes. Please don't:

  • send false information or use someone else's details;
  • send spam, or use the forms or the chat assistant automatically or in bulk;
  • try to break or overload the site, or get unauthorised access to it, to our admin area or to our data;
  • upload files that contain viruses or harmful code;
  • copy the site's content or data in bulk (scraping) without our written permission.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

Information on the website

The content of this website is general information about our company, our services and our work. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change at any time without notice. Any prices, packages or timelines shown on the site are for guidance only: the final scope, price and timeline are the ones in the written quote or proposal we send you.

Quotes and proposals

  • A quote or proposal we send you is an offer that is valid until the date shown on it. After that date, we may update the scope, price or timeline.
  • You can accept a quote online by typing your name and confirming. We record your name, the date and time and your IP address as proof of acceptance.
  • By accepting a quote, you agree to the scope, price, payment terms and other conditions written in it. Work starts once the conditions in the quote are met, for example a first payment if the quote asks for one.
  • If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement or an accepted quote, the agreement or the quote applies to that project.

Call bookings

Booking a call through the website is free. If you can't make it, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else. If something unexpected comes up on our side, we may contact you to move the call.

What you send us

You are responsible for the information, files and content you send us, and for making sure you have the right to share them, for example logos, photos, texts or your CV.

If you submit a review and allow us to publish it, you give us permission to show it on our website with your name and company. We may shorten it, but we won't change its meaning, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

AI chat assistant

When it is enabled, the chat assistant gives automatic answers to help you find information quickly. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not an offer or a commitment from 7Code. Prices, timelines and commitments are only confirmed in writing by our team.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, design, code, graphics, photos, videos and the 7Code name and logo, belongs to 7Code or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reuse or sell our content without our written permission.

Client names, logos and brand assets belong to their owners.

Our portfolio

We show selected work we created for our clients, such as screenshots, designs, photos, videos, names and logos, as examples of what we do, in line with what we agreed with each client. If you are a client and would like something removed from our portfolio, contact us and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.

Links and third-party services

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and the websites we built for our clients. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it available, accurate and secure, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, 7Code is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, data or business opportunities, that results from using the website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities for client projects are set out in the quote or agreement for each project.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Red Sea Governorate. We always prefer to solve problems by talking first, so please contact us before taking any other step.
