Selling to guests who already paid for everything
In Makadi Bay most guests arrive on an all-inclusive package: meals, drinks, pool and beach are already paid for. Many are families with children, often on their first trip to Egypt. They’ll book an excursion, a dive, a glass-bottom boat, a quad-bike tour or a day in Luxor — but only if it feels safe, simple and worth leaving the resort for. The decision is made on a sun lounger, on a phone, often after a chat with other parents by the pool.
What families want to see before they book
A booking page that works for Makadi Bay guests answers the questions parents actually ask:
- the exact pickup time from their hotel, not “early morning”
- children’s prices and age limits, shown clearly
- what’s included — lunch, drinks, equipment, life jackets
- how long the trip takes and when they’ll be back
- whether they can pay later, in cash or by card
- photos of the real boat or bus, and reviews from other families
We build these pages as short, mobile-first flows, with WhatsApp for the parent who wants to ask one more question. Noah Trips, which runs day trips from hotels along the coast including Makadi Bay, takes bookings in eight languages, shows prices in the guest’s currency and knows each hotel’s pickup point.
Reaching guests inside the resort
Guests in an all-inclusive spend most of their holiday inside one hotel, so a lot of the selling happens offline: a rep’s desk, a flyer in the lobby, a QR code on a card. We design those printed pieces to send people to the right booking page, and set up tracking so you know which hotel or rep each booking came from. Online, a Google Business Profile with good reviews and social ads aimed at people already in the area close the loop.
Dive centres and water sports in the resorts
Many dive centres and water-sports stations in Makadi Bay work inside a resort or on its beach. Their website has to reassure a parent booking a first try-dive for a teenager: the instructors, safety, certifications, equipment and clear prices — plus an easy way to book a slot at the centre in their own hotel.
Before they fly
Many families plan their trips at home, weeks before the holiday. A site in their own language with clear prices, plus search and social campaigns in their home countries, can fill your calendar before they even land.
Working with us
We’re a Hurghada team, a short drive from Makadi Bay. We meet you on site, photograph your boats, buses and activities, and keep everything running remotely after launch — in English or Arabic.
