A monthly or a yearly subscription (the yearly one gives you 2 months free): it runs on our servers on your own domain, and we host it, update it and back it up. Or a lifetime licence: one payment to run it on your own server, with protected code licensed to your domain.
Yes. Each trip can have several departures a day, each with its own time and number of seats. When a departure is full, guests can join the waiting list.
Every evening the driver sheet lists tomorrow’s pickups grouped by hotel, with times and the number of guests. Guides check guests in with a QR code — even offline — and record any cash they collect.
Yes — the same system and the same updates, set up and priced for safari companies. Extra features or changes for your business are quoted separately.
