Can guests book the whole yacht privately?

Yes. A trip can have a private-trip price next to the per-person prices, so guests book a shared seat or the whole boat — and the boat’s capacity stays correct either way.

What if two trips need the same boat?

Each boat is set up with its capacity. If a trip would take a boat that’s already booked or full, the system warns you before you save — not at the marina.

What happens when the port closes for wind?

You postpone or cancel the trip in the system, and guests choose another date or a credit.

Can guests pay cash at pickup?

Yes. Guests can pay a deposit online, pay in full or pay at pickup — by card, wallet, InstaPay or cash — and cash collected on the day is recorded at check-in.

Does check-in at the marina work without signal?

Yes. Guests check in with a QR code at the marina, and check-in keeps working even offline — handy when the signal drops at the jetty.
