Can reps, guest relations and other desks sell our trips?

Yes. Each partner or rep gets their own referral link or account, every booking is recorded under the name of whoever sold it, and the system works out the commission and a monthly statement.

How do guests know their pickup time?

Pickup times are set by hotel. Each guest gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before — by e-mail and on WhatsApp with one tap, in their own language — and the driver gets a sheet for every trip, grouped by hotel.
